Shadow Force 2 (Vortex Shadowstone)

Science Behind the Plan: "Shadow force training develops the ability to harness the power that exists between dimensions," says Vortex. This specialized plan develops the specific strength qualities, movement patterns, and energy manipulation needed for shadow force expression. The program implements strategic tension/relaxation cycles to build the capacity to manifest force from dimensional shadows.

6-Week Program: Week 1-2: Shadow Foundation

  • 8 reps × 3 sets per exercise with shadow integration

  • Day 3: lcbsro+ (legband, chestband, backband, shoulderband, armband, coreband, abband) - Energetic connection

  • 10 reps × 3 sets per exercise with shadow tension

  • Total volume per week: =504 reps (including shadow technique)

Week 3-4: Shadow Development

  • 5 reps × 4 sets per exercise + 4 sets of advanced shadow work (45 seconds)

  • 6 reps × 4 sets per exercise with increased shadow force

  • Day 3: lcbsro+ (legband, chestband, backband, shoulderband, armband, coreband, abband) - Energetic connection

  • 12 reps × 4 sets per exercise with dimensional tension

  • Total volume per week: =616 reps (including advanced shadow work)

Week 5-6: Shadow Mastery

  • 15 reps × 5 sets per exercise with complete shadow tension mastery
