Training Modes
Workout Categories
The buttons are assembled in a suggested usage manner, with each category providing access to specific types of exercises:
1. Advanced Body Weight and Dumbbells
Includes only moves that require a set of dumbbells and you. You may need a chair, bench, or pull-up bar as well.
2. Body Weight
Includes only foundational body weight moves for all fitness levels.
3. Strength Builder
Requires access to a gym to use the moves in this category.
4. Bands Builder
Includes only exercise band moves using the 7 lore iron triangles and the g-87 outdoor band trainer.
Everything Moves Builder
This powerful feature lets you create a workout from ANY word or name. Each letter pulls from a different body group to create a unique workout.
Examples: "Try it!", "LIft Heavy", "Get Fit" - each creating a different workout.
The possibilities are nearly infinite - 300 to the 300th power, approximately the same number of atoms in the visible universe!
Game Mode
Game mode includes all the main exercises plus workout challengers that battle you for reps!
- Choose from 6 body weight moves to battle challengers
- Strategize with attack, run, or defend options
- Each choice affects your score differently every time
- Aim to complete your target reps while overcoming challenges
Rep Guidance & Philosophy
For beginners, try shorter workouts (around 7 letters or less) and aim for 16 reps if you're new to fitness.
The most effective rep ranges follow the 7Lore philosophy (numbers that add to 7):
Recommended Rep Ranges
7 reps | 16 reps | 25 reps | 34 reps | 43 reps | 52 reps
Your total volume should be around 300 reps - this is the ideal baseline for effective training. Learn to adjust based on your body's response.
Training Philosophy
- Focus on variety and balance, not weight numbers
- Aim to fail 1-2 times per rep set
- Your reps are a cut-off number - take breaks as needed
- Balance push-pull muscle groups
- Train by muscle, not by move
Enjoy exciting, dynamic workouts!
Try different categories on different days for maximum variety and results. Your fitness journey is unlimited with this app!
